Will there by transportation?
While we won’t have large group transportation, the ceremony and reception are within 5 minutes of each other. We recommend using Uber/Lyft. There will also be parking at the Robert Carr chapel for the ceremony and the Colonial for the reception. There is complementary valet at the Colonial.
What is the attire for the wedding?
We love any chance to dress up for the night so the bride and groom would appreciate if you could join them in black tie optional attire (tuxes, dark suits, long dresses).
Are children invited?
We wish we could include all children, but due to space restrictions we are unfortunately only able to include children who are apart of the wedding ceremony.
Where should I stay?
For your convenience, we have secured a group block room at the Worthington Hotel and Courtyard University Drive for our wedding weekend! Click the "Travel" tab for more information.
Is the wedding taking place indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors. There is an outdoor patio accessible at the Colonial that will also be open.
Where can I Park at the Ceremony?
The Visitors Parking Lot is on the corner of Parmer Ave and West Lowden Street.
1. Off of I-30, Go South on University Drive
2. Turn left onto W Cantey Street. W Cantey Street curves right onto Parmer Ave.
3. Take Parmer Ave to end of street and turn right onto West Lowden Street.
4. Visitors Parking Lot entrance will be on your right off of West Lowden Street
Note: There should be signs showing direction to parking and then walking to the chapel.
